Newmarket, Burwell, Mildenhall and Red Lodge
Jazzercise has been available in the UK for over 20 years, and is growing quickly with a
network of over 100 qualified instructors. Jazzercise classes have been available in
Newmarket since the early 1990’s. The franchise owned and run by
Sarah Gray has grown considerably in this time, and in 1997 a class was
added in Burwell, and this year (2005) 2 classes were added in Mildenhall – offering
Jazzercise to a wider audience in this area. In March 2007 an additional Saturday
morning class has been added to our schedule.
Jazzercise is Innovative
You will be challenged, not intimidated.
Our choreography is exciting, fun, funky, jazzy, and always a surprise as we mix the new
with the familiar to bring energy to each class.
You will never be bored.
Several times a year, Jazzercise founder Judi Sheppard Missett creates new
routines for instructors to keep the workouts fresh and challenging.
You won't get lost in the crowd.
Jazzercisers are friendly, supportive, and nurturing. We care.
You will receive the very best in fitness.
Cardiovascular exercise, muscle toning, strengthening, and stretching are all
